Add the ability to open certain tabs at launch in mobile

It would be nice if like on PC that allows opening certain custom tabs after the last session has been fully closed (either no tab saving or all tabs closed). Chrome for Android has this ability already, but Firefox could do it better by allowing multiple custom tabs to open like the PC version. In addition, keep the ability to open the homepage if someone prefrers that.
