Add "Card view" to Thunderbird "View" menu

It is not easy to find how to switch between card view and table view. 

I only know of two ways:

1. The unlabelled button next to the _Quick Filter_ button

2. The top of the _Appearance_ page in _Settings_.

I suggest there should be a "Threads Pane" entry on the View menu, with "Card view" and "Table view" options. Ideally as a top-level entry, or failing that, under _Layout_.
