Add option to move address bar to the Vertical Tabs sidebar

[nickguletskii]

I really like Vertical Tabs, but with the address bar at the top, I still have to move between the left side of the window and the top of the window almost every time I use Vertical Tabs.

It would be wonderful if we had the option to show the address bar in-line below the active tab's title while Vertical Tabs are enabled. This way, the address bar would always be close to where my cursor and gaze are while switching/creating new tabs.

Since the left sidebar is usually pretty narrow, it would also be nice for the address bar to expand/grow horizontally somehow while focused/being edited.
