Add option to disable search engine picker in search bar

I've been using the dedicated search bar to search for stuff for a while. In a recent update, an explicit search engine picker has been added to it, which is cool but unfortunately at the wrong place (for me anyway).

I'd like to have an option to either completely disable the search engine picker or move it to the right of the search box to be second in the tab order when opening a new tab. Having that be the first thing to be focused when pressing tab on the keyboard after opening an empty tab is slightly annoying.
