Add iCal support on iOS

Unbelievable, but Firefox on iOS does not offer to simply add an event to the calendar when „downloading“ an iCal file. Instead it just downloads it. Hence, I always have to open the link to the iCal file on safari. I can imagine this use case has quite a few affected users? 😉
