Add Feature to Screen Reader - Select the text I want to be read and then right-click and select Read Selected Text

There are some pages where I try to enable the screen reader, and it gives me an error message. Yet I can open up Edge on the same webpage. Select the text I want to be read and then right-click and select Read Selected Text. It will read any page, even the Google Results page. If I try and enable your screen reader, even using this extension that can force the screen reader to enable. Sometimes it works, and sometimes I get the error. "Failed to load article from page" 
I like being able to select exactly what I want the browser to read instead of reading something from the very top of the page. I know there are times when I can scroll down, and if I press pla,y it will start with the text that is at the top of the visible screen, but other times it will start at the top of the page, where I may not be interested in having the entire page read
