Add date to Firefox reader view

Almost all news articles have a date next to author name under their title. Reader view displays title, author, but no date, which is pretty important to check. Would be nice to have it displayed next to author name or website domain at the top.

Showing the date in Reader View is particularly important for documentation purposes. This is fundamental and it is disappointing to see the original posting is over a year old yet nothing has changed.

Currently I have to manually edit each printed PDF and add the date. The read time estimate is of little importance.
