Add Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) option

[cezote]

Please consider adding Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) to the page translation options. While European Portuguese is somewhat understandable, Brazil is the largest Portuguese-speaking country and represents the vast majority of native speakers and user base. Adding pt-BR would make a huge difference for user experience and accessibility!
