Accessibility Improvements - Clarify "Learn More" links & Add link to Accessibility Features

1. While many of the links on the Firefox desktop browser are appropriately named, a good number of them are simply labeled "Learn More."  This is problematic for those who use screen readers.  Example screenshot attached.  A more appropriate label is either "Learn More About Simplified Webpages," or "Simplified Webpages."
2. Add a link to accessibility features at the bottom of all webpages.  I should not have to do a search in order to access them.  Screenshot example attached from Univ. of California.
