Ability to click a button to use custom colors for a given page.

Can we add a button that says, Use my custom colors for this webpage?  I like dark mode, but several sites have "all white" backgrounds that bling me while watching.  I don't want to watch every webpage on gray, because I like the dark backgrounds typically.  I just want to make some webpages not "blast" me out of my chair with the white backgrounds.
