Pls use a simple QR Code that would link to a unified payment interface for donation. I have refrained from donation till date only because it is not possible to give card details. Also how does it matter who is donating? Can have a dedicated bank account that ensures all monies are only donations. Hope this can be done at the earliest as I don't feel comfortable using something for free.
