Dashboard for multiple pages on one tab

I'm not sure if this is a thing, or if it has been put out there yet, but I was thinking of a dashboard type page that you can dock multiple pages on. My use for this is I like to monitor the status of specific activities for multiple sources. specifically the syncing of information back and forth from two NASs. I would be easier, and cleaner to just have one tab show me the status from the multiple pages instead of multiple tabs or even multiple instances of firefox being opened. Just thinking.
