why separate forward inline and forward as attachment buttons?

In Thunderbird 115, why separate the Forward Inline and Forward As Attachment toolbar buttons? It's a waste of space when the old combined function button worked just fine. Please change it back.

Agree!  This update has messed up a lot of things that used to work.
