Why are "discussions" left unattended which violates guidelines?

There is a lot of discussion here, but most of it is "Firefox isn't going to work!" Why are these unconstructive discussions left unattended?

The discussions don't seem to be as heavily moderated as the ideas. Usually if something violates the guidelines it will only get appropriate attention if reported.

Yea, the ideas section is pre-moderated while the discussions are post-moderated. We want the discussions to be a bit more free-flowing between community members, employees, etc. And if we happen to miss anything that violates Community Guidelines please flag it.

I understand what you are saying, but there are so many problematic threads I don't know where to start.
