When will the FREE Firefox built-in VPN be available for Australi?

Firefox has been promising a FREE browser-level built-in VPN for some countries, including Australia.

According to their sites, Australia should be able to access by now, but it seems NO Australians can.  Instead, we get directed to the PAID SUBSCRIPTION MOZILLA VPN!

Can someone PLEASE explain WHEN we will be getting the FREE version of if this was just a big fat lie?
