Good evening, I suppose it's a bug. When I open developer tools with F12 and set a breakpoint anywhere in loaded modules, the blue visual mark of breakpoint seems to double each time the page is reloaded while devtools window keeps open. If someone can confirm it, how do I submit a bug report about it? (a workaround is to close and open devtools window but not working always)
