Regarding Firefox Labs: Auto PiP mode

I would like to suggest a feedback on "Firefox Labs:Auto PiP mode".

First of all, it is a wonderful function for users like me especially, who continuously change tabs and browse various sites.

But one thing I noticed is how I cannot watch any video without the PiP mode floating around. In other words, even when I just need the sound, without needing the visual, video itself... PiP mode is always following me around somewhere on the screen. And clicking the close button just stops the video from playing at all. It is either PiP mode or nothing when browsing other tabs.

Adding another button, like for specific example... "Audio-only button" on PiP mode of Android Youtube Premium, would be very useful. Or clicking "close" button (when on the source site of the video), makes the video to resume itself without the PiP mode enabled.

It is a very useful function and I would love to keep using it, but at the same time sometimes I only need the audio and it isn't letting me to do that... which can be quite annoying at certain situations.

Anyways thank you for making and continuously improving Firefox. It has been the most comfortable/useful browser since I changed my main broswer from almost 15+years of Chrome to now, Firefox.

PIP is a separate window, you can close the PIP window from the taskbar and close the video to keep the audio playing

I'm glad I could help you. However, we do have the option to add a minimize button that would make it easier to close the PIP window, just like zen browser does
