Version 120.0 Missing Option to STOP LINK UNDERLINES

Just installed V120.0-X64 and, to my dismay, UNDERLINED LINKS now appear on web sites.  In this release, somebody forgot to keep the check box in SETTINGS / COLORS to NOT underline links !   Please restore this ! Surprisingly, I find in   about:config   that the item "layout.css.always_underline_links" still has the value "false".

I am also appalled that Firefox no longer allows its users to avoid underlined links. I find them ugly. Bring back the option.
