The issue with the "Bookmarks Toolbar" and "Customize Toolbar" settings are not carried over from the previous version. They reset themselves every time you reopen the browser.

The same is true for Firefox Developer Edition 132.0b1. Also, the new tab button doesn't show up.

I am having the same problem here. Firefox Developer Edition 132.0b1 (Aurora Channel)
I have to update the toolbar again to include New tab and Download icons. However, the New tab and the Download icons will move to the left everytime I close the browser.
also, container shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + [0-9]) doesn't work anymore 😕

Same issues here with 132.0beta; no new tab button, no Bookmarks Toolbar or extension icons.

I solved this for myself by removing the following line from prefs.js inside my FireFox profile: (Note that <GIANT JSON HERE> is a placeholder for the actual contents.)
user_pref("browser.uiCustomization.state", "<GIANT JSON HERE>");
When I did so my UI Customization disappeared in part, and I had to redo it, theme, toolbar buttons, and such.

Hi Aresiel,
Thanks for this, I deleted the entire user_pref(browser.uiCustomization.state line; Firefox Dev recreated it automatically on start-up. All is well
Kind regards
Ian

Just installed yesterday on new Win11 build. This doesn't work, and I also cannot move the address bar or tabs to the bottom of screen. All instructions say to click on MORE TOOLS/CUSTOMIZE and then click on CUSTOMIZE in the General section - that customize button is not there.

Hello
Move tabs to the bottom of screen.
