UI/UX Feedback: Tab Switcher and Bottom Toolbar Compatibility

I have two suggestions regarding the Android UI to improve one-handed usability:
1. Tab Switcher Gestures: Right now, the tab switcher offers grid and list views, but both put the tabs near the top of the screen. Since most users hold their phones from the bottom, reaching up to close a tab is very inconvenient. Chrome and Firefox are lagging behind here. Please consider adding a "swipe-to-close" gesture (similar to clearing recent apps on Android/iOS or how Opera does it) so we can manage tabs easily with one hand.
2. Tab Bar Position: The tab bar feature is great for quick switching without opening the full switcher menu. However, Firefox currently forces the address bar to the top of the screen whenever the tab bar is enabled. This recreates the same ergonomic issue where everything is out of thumb's reach. Opera allows a bottom address bar with an active tab bar just fine.
Please give users the flexibility to keep the address bar and tab bar at the bottom. Thank you!
