An in-the-weeds-question:
On my older Dell W10 laptop, the Thunderbird email display window doesn't show the Thunderbird menu bar or selected theme. See attached .jpg file.
On my newer Surface Pro 6 with W10 and Thunderbird, the email display window shows Thunderbird menu bar and theme. I'd attach examples, but the one attachment limit prevents.
Is there a W10 command that enables sub windows to share program window characteristics?
