Thunderbird 102.8.0 (64-bit) does not sync email tags (IMAP account)

We use several IMAP email boxes, used by multiple team members, set up in Thunderbird client on several PCs. All PC run the latest Thunderbird version 102.8.0 (64-bit) on Win 10 or Win 11.

If some team member adds a tag to an email (and colors it), all team members using the same IMAP mail account can see the tag and color, except for one.

For that computer, tag does not sync from other computers, and also other team members do not see the tags added from that one computer.

Please advise how to solve this.

I'm seeing this too on one user's Windows machine. All are Windows 10-11 running Thunderbird 102.9.1. The mail server is Cyrus 3.2.6.

Interestingly, the flags are being set on the server (checked by running mbexamine, and also running raw IMAP sessions on behalf of the users). So it definitely seems to be a client issue. But it's only affecting one user, that I've been told of.
