The "all mail" folder has some glitches after the new update comes out!

After the new update, the  Thunderbird  "all mail" folder has some glitches and has trouble fast-searching!
That pretty much slows my activities since I have cross-mailing correspondence with various clients!

How many messages in the folder?

Is this with version 128?
