TB v115 and Themes. Supposed to be like that?

Here a screenshot of TB v115 with Thunderbird Suave Theme.

Inbox, Calendar, Tasks, Settings look OK. But with Address Book and Chat the Theme look a bit strange. Same issue with other Themes also. Is that a TB or Theme issue? Please have a look.
