Sync could not bring my history and bookmarks back

I reinstalled the OS in SSD and after logging into Firefox I could not get my passwords, history, and bookmarks. It is "Syncing..." for some days. Please give me a solution!

I still have the earlier installation in my HDD. If copying a file from there can solve this then please write me the steps to follow.

If Sync hasn't worked by now, it's definitely worth looking at copying over files (many files!) from your old hard drive. As a starting point:
