Since the Thunderbird 102.15.1 to 115.3.3 update the Mail-Toolbar is missing

Since the Thunderbird 102.15.1 to the 115.3.3 update, the Mail-Toolbar is missing.

In the picture below the mail-toolbar within the version 102.15.1.

The  "Get messages" button with an "inverted hat", for the expansion of all  the email addresses used  , is the button I miss most. I don't know if this is intentionally. If so is there a workaround or an alternative to this function?
