Remembering logins and few other things

Hello,

Running 1.16.3b (Firefox 143.0.4).
Settings:
On - Open previous windows and tabs
On - Continue where you left off

Okay, I always leave the Google search page open and logged in so opening any Google-related service or any other website that allows Google login just works without having to manually log in. As a habit, before shutting down a browser, I leave the Google search page open. Now then.

What is happening: When Zen is shutdown and restarted and the Google search page opens, it says "Login", sign up, etc., the usual options. Click on "Login" and it instantly refreshes showing me logged in.

Is this a feature or just beta behavior?

Thank you.

Addendum #1: Opening YouTube after logging on the Google search page, the same thing happens. No login, click login, automatically logged in. Does not remember.

As an experiment, tried a few other websites with logins saved yesterday.
Amazon, Prime Video, Amazon Gaming, HotStar ... opened with correct login.
YouTube and Netflix ... had to click on login to automatically login. Did not open as logged in.

May be a beta issue.

Just thought to mention it.

Addendum #2: After a few restarts toying with a mod, forgot logins again.
Netflix shows login window with saved credentials.
Google had to click login (remembered Gmail).
YouTube had to click login.

Oh yes, the "Remember me" option is enabled wherever available. Something else is happening.

Addendum #3: PIP mode is disabled in settings but YouTube opened for the first time in Zen with a tiny PIP window already open. Don't know how that happened.

Thanks.
