Remember input string

Let say an email input already submitted. Firefox should remember my input so next time I don't have to type  it again and by getting a suggestion email from previous input I can quickly chose my email.

Firefox has two autofill features that might help with this: Form History autofill (global), and Address Autofill (only in certain regions). These articles have more info:

If those don't work, there also are add-ons that let you save strings of text and pop them into form fields from the right-click context menu. I've used this one for years, but there might be others that are more automatic (i.e., detect what kind of data the field is looking for):

I forgot to mention that this is a bit different for sign-in forms. The form fill features might defer to the password manager on those. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/password-manager-remember-delete-edit-logins

I think Firefox does not have this feature. I tried with all of those setting but still can't get it work.

Let say when I go to this form link Jira Board it will have an input for email. When the input field is focus, for Chrome, it will popup for choosing previous input. Chrome always remember input form. Firefox not working for a form of only email.
