Dear Mozilla.
What is wrong with your system?
It's very frustrating and annoying when my Mozilla Recovery Key is being rejected as wrong when it is Mozilla that gave it to me. I copied it and saved it in my on my computer and personal notebook. Any time I typed in my new Mozilla Password which I had to change to, Mozilla says it is the wrong Password. I also saved this New Password on both my computer and Notebook.
When I am asked to use email address to sign/login and i do, I am returned to the same page where I am asked to sign in with the Recovery key, which Mozilla had already rejected no matter how many times a code had been sent. This is obviously awful. It is a complete waste of my time.
To conclude, how can both the Mozilla Recovery Key and New Password be wrong?
