When signing into my Charter.net email I received this Message: "This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again from home or contact us for assistance. IDID-4049."
I do not have anything but a desktop computer. So I WAS home. I thought "Contact us" was Charter.net. NOPE. Mozilla. I still don't know what IDID-4049 is.
But after a week of fighting with my computer someone from Charter mentioned something about blocking and I glanced up and saw Privacy Badger. I just put it back on my new computer a couple of weeks ago. Hmmm. And it has been a COUPLE OF WEEKS that Charter.net has not been opening my email account on Mozilla. But EDGE could open it.
SO being a dweeb with little or no computer savvy, I removed Privacy Badger. Then I tried to go into Charter email using Mozilla.
IT WORKED!!!
SO here is my accidental solution to that problem. Hope it helps others.

PB isn't needed if you have UBlock Origin and actually may cause problems if you're using UBO - see https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/o28yi4/comment/h26mguk/.
