"Primary Password" can be skipped by openning a fullscreen app (like a game) and going back to Fire.

When it asks me to put in my Primary Password to use Firefox on Windows, I can simply open a game, then go back to Fire and fully bypass the password. I've accidentally done this a few times only to realize the Password window is still open and doing nothing.
