Can anybody help me with a problem trying to print emails from Thunderbird?
When I try to print a document, the printer's dialogue box opens OK, but then when I actually press print Thunderbird tries to save the document as a .prn file, rather than actually printing.
I van save the document as an .html file, and then print that OK. Also none of the other programs I print from (Adobe Acrobat, Libre Office, etc) have a problem connecting to the printer (HP Officejet Pro 6230).
I'm on the Windows11 Pro operating system, have the latest Thunderbird update and printer drivers installed.
Any suggestions? Is it maybe something in Thunderbird settings that I need to change?
