Subject: Paid Beta Research Participant – Cannot Access Smart Window
Hi,
I was selected for the Firefox Smart Window paid beta research study ($300 reward) and received an invitation email confirming my selection. However, when I open the access link from that email, nothing happens.
Additionally, the page prompts me to join the waitlist, despite me already having received an invitation.
My setup: Firefox 150, desktop Linux.
Could you please help me gain access or clarify the next steps? I want to make sure my participation is still valid.
