Page Loading Problem Caused By JAVA

The code is getting ahead of itself and not implementing all of the instructions. Is there a way to add Time Delays to Java Code in the Firefox 115 Browser?

No. What is the problem page(s)?

Ebay no longer works properly with Firefox 115. Firefox is no longer supported on Win-7, so I am trying to fix it myself. Java and Cache are creating a problem after 10-13-25 on Ebay with their software coding that loads the page bypassing instructions and times out too soon causing page malfunctions. Zoom fails to work and links are not working. With CTRL + F5 the Java Script loads more slowly and doesn't miss any of the steps in the instruction set. Disabling Cache also makes Java load more slowly and that too makes the Java script load more slowly so that it doesn't miss any of the instruction set. A time delay is needed or as a temporary fix I have been disbling Cache for Ebay pages. There is a Firefox addon called Cache Disabler. I get the page to load properly both ways, either by using CTRL + F5 or the addon. The addon is open source.
