Nuance Dragon speech-to-text Home Edition has an extension to enable it to work in web browsers. An "install" button pops up when a web browser without the extension is opened while Dragon is active. Clicking the install button in Chrome and Microsoft Edge immediately installs the extension, but in Firefox nothing happens. I can't see anything in my security settings that would block it. Has anyone had the same experience and have a solution? Nuance doesn't seem to be able to help.

Same problem here. I've been using Dragon since 2014, and the number of issues I've had with it is staggering.

I am having the same problem. Did you find a solution?

Hi,
Yes I did, but it doesn't seem to work anymore. I wrote to Nuance customer service, who told me to download the extension manually (the sent me a link). It has stopped working with the last update, though, because it violates some rules according to Mozilla.
Again, I can't believe how many issues I've had with Dragon, it's the most flawed software I've ever used.
