No title on tab hover

I've noticed that when you hover over a tab, the page title is no longer displayed in a popup. I'm sure it used to be until quite recently, and it's very useful.

Does it appear in Troubleshoot mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode/)?
