No longer quote messages in Thunderbird 115.4.1 (64-bit).

I have a problem with Thunderbird 115.4.1(64-bit) when replying to emails.
I cannot quote messages using the “Options” -> “Message Quoting” menu.
I do not know which previous version worked fine.
When I apply the “Automatically quote the original message when replying” option in the “Editing and Addressing” block of the account settings, the quoted text is displayed.
This is the situation.

The issue mentioned above has been resolved in Thunderbird version 115.8.1 (64-bit).
