Not for nothing but I like Fire Fox and have used it for a long time. Now however it wont stream news max properly. I know you are a liberal organization but this looks like dirty pool to me. I can stream news max on microsoft edge no problem. So if you want to lose customers then by all means keep playing games

What happens when you try to play videos on the site? Is there any specific error message?

Lately sites are reducing performance for users of ad blockers, so if you use one, you could try turning it off and reloading the page to see whether it makes any difference.

i have problem  with  news max also.  it works for a day or so then  it stops with connection error. Why are they not trying to fix this issue. it appears   I am not the only one. i like news max  but can not keep it on Firefox. Appears Mozilla  Firefox does not care  about its customers  i guess

  1. and by the  way  i have done the  ad blockers and turned off all extensions and  still get it

What does the connection error page say? For example, site not found, connection not secure, etc. Some of the error pages have a useful SEC_ERROR code, but sometimes it's hidden behind an Advanced... button.

Just now happened to me on Linux version of Firefox while I was searching their site.  What was changed?

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.newsmax.com.

I am having a similar problem with merely accessing the NewsMax site.  Firefox will not allow me access and says "The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified."  Nothing has changed on my end or theirs.  NewsMax is a reputable site.  Could be time to remove Mozilla from the pool of respectable browsers.
