Recently i have updated to 115.9.1esr (64-bit) but as previous version fault my browser all setting get changed when i restart Firefox such as Download setting, recent tab setting etc.

You had this same problem with 115.8.0esr/115.9.0esr?

Could you check whether Firefox created a new profile -- actually, the most practical way to do this is to check whether you can find and switch to an earlier profile. Check the following article for steps on that: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recover-user-data-missing-after-firefox-update
