Need a fix for Thunderbird to enable exceptions for self-signed expired certificates and non-trust sources

Greetings.

Each time with update information from private SMTP server Thunderbird spam to me 2 popups with notifications about non-trust source and expired certificate. And each time I should click "accept" and "add to exceptions" but this is not working - it continues show me same popups. 

It's need to fix this "exception" functionality to mark our private SMTP server as trusted and do not get this popups in future.

It happens very often and become more annoying.

An options "permanently store this exception" doesn't work, it continues appear each 5-10 minutes after manual update:
