Masked title bar and menu items

Does any one faced this kind of issues?

I tried changed the themes/colour settings and even windows personalized setting. Nothing worked and this happens only with Thunderbird client. rest of the apps are looking good. Please suggest. I am using Dell with nvdi4gb graphic card. In HDMI this look, if change to VGA, its too horrible, even Messages get masked.

my search engines on serch bar up on the right is not working anymore since the last firefox update..

if i want to look for example something to youtube or amazon or ebay i have to open another tab with the Page that i have to search
