Context
In Split View mode, a vertical line normally separates the left and right tabs when another tab is active. However, when the Split View tabs themselves are active, this divider disappears. After pausing and returning to the browser, it becomes difficult to immediately recognize that Split View is enabled without that visual cue. Keeping the vertical divider visible at all times would make the interface more consistent and improve clarity for users.
Proposal
Maintain the vertical dividing line in Split View mode at all times, regardless of which tab is active, to ensure consistent visual feedback and clearer recognition of the Split View state.
