lowes / home depot

Today could not log into or look for anything on lowes or home depot sites.  They worked before. I contacted their tech support and was told it was the latest update of Firefox. 

Anyone have similar issues and is there a fix ?

Possibly this ? I haven't had issues with Lowes or Home Depot, but got edgesuite errors from Costco.

Reply from Akamai community. Your browser is too old, you'll have to find a newer version (less than 3 years old), or a different browser. Each Akamai customer (i.e. website operator) can have their own settings so there's no consistency.
