Hi,
I'm running windows 11Pro, 23H2, and Firefox as standard browser. Works fine but an irritating loss happens every time Firefox updates. I.e. the task bar icon stops functioning, which is normal but what is not is the fact that the Firefox icon on the main menu does not show an add to task bar option. To reinstall the Firefox icon on the taskbar one needs to click file path option instead to go to the rendering links and there right click the Firefox link to find the add to task bar option.
My question is if this is a by design peculiarity with Firefox or is it again a case where MS can't resist the temptation of tampering with third party software which they see as competitor to their own software.
