Keep getting End Of File and other similiat errors even with Firefox 120.0.1 installed

For the past several weeks now I have been having a problem with some websites. I keep getting

SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

It won't bring up the website. This is on Linux Mint 21.2. I can go over to Windows 10 and it will bring up the websites fine with Firefox. I've tried this on three separate operating systems(2 Linux, one Windoze) and it does the same thing with time with Linux.

I am have the same issue. i tried all suggestions such as disabling antivirus Firewalls, VPN etc  Like you its only been happening the past few weeks and now enough to consider only using other browsers which I dont want as I loved Firefox BUT
