The site https://www.iwgplc.com/en-gb freezes and cannot be paged.

There is no way to view the content "down".
The site works well on Edge.

It seems to work OK for me.

Try it in Troubleshoot Mode.  Press Alt-H and choose it from the drop-down menu that appears.  If it works like that the problem is most likely an extension you've got installed or a setting you've changed, possibly by accident and without realising.
