When Firefox quits unexepectedly (for example on computer restart) next time you launch Firefox a recovery tab is presented with a list of tabs opened at the moment Firefox exits.
But when you click an item in the list a blank tab is created rather than the expected site in history.
For a couple of months it has became systematic.
I think this is a bug and it should be fixed.
