How can I request a new CSS property from CSSWG Specification to be implemented in firefox?

I want to add a feature request for CSS property `text-decoration-trim` to be a supported in firefox, however I am not sure if I have to file it as a bug in Bugzilla or somewhere else? Kindly advise.

Does that property exist for other browsers? You can suggest it at [Mozilla Connect](https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/ideas/idb-p/ideas). May not hurt to file an [enhancement bug](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi/) too.
