How Browser Design and Customization Impact Creative Workflows Like Interior Design

Morgann
Making moves

As someone working in interior design and home décor (especially curtains and space styling), I’ve noticed how much browser experience affects creative focus.

Firefox’s clean UI, theme customization, and privacy-first approach actually feel similar to good interior design principles, minimal distractions, comfort, and personalization. Just like curtains control light and mood in a room, browser themes, tab management, and reader modes control visual noise while researching designs, fabrics, and trends.

I’m curious:

Do other creatives (designers, architects, artists) feel that browser design influences productivity and creativity?

Would features like advanced color themes, mood-based UI, or visual workspace modes help creative professionals?

How can Firefox further support people who spend hours researching visuals, materials, and layouts?

Would love to hear thoughts from the community and Mozilla team on how digital environments can be designed with the same care as physical spaces.
