How are Kudos merged?

How are Kudos merged, when Ideas are merged?

About comments it's clear: The Idea is turned in a nearly simple comment, and all its comments are added to the comments of the other Idea.

But we don't see that for Kudos. Has staff access to special features not allowed to users, which let them have a real view on how many Kudos an Idea was given? (like for Products?)

We are seeing here that "Add feature to right click menu on a url / link to c..." has 42 Kudos.

We are seeing here an Idea written by @oset and which received 12 Kudos before merge.

We are seeing here that @anonymousF gave Kudos to @oset Idea.

Here, I don't find either @anonymousF or @oset.

So, if staff has not access to special features, they can't know how many Kudos an Idea has really received.
